Lobbs Cycles is a family run business, located in the heart of Halstead, which has 36 years of cycling experience. Steve the big boss, Chris the grease monkey and Stacey the feminine touch, are all here to help give you personal and professional advice to go out and have many cycle adventures. Our building has been a Cycle shop since Chapman & Keeble in the 1940s, so deep in the core of this establishment is the smell of rubber and steel. We have continued the tradition now since 2010.

The UK Government introduced The Cycle to Work scheme in 1999 allowing employers to loan cycles and cyclists' safety equipment to employees as a tax-free benefit. Its purpose was to reduce environmental pollution and to give taxpayers a financial incentive (25% - 40% saving depending upon income tax rate) in finding a healthy way of travelling around within their budget. It is a smart, cost-effective and straightforward way to get a new bike, clothing and safety-related accessories.

We also accept Halford cycle scheme vouchers.
